  • Weekend with friends

    by Sandra M on 2018-07-16 05:57 pm

We rented a two bedroom cottage and had a great weekend. The cottage was roomy and the bedrooms were great. Comfortable beds, pillows and linens. The bathrooms are in need of upgrading and we had problems with the sinks and bathtubs draining.

Loved the grounds and we walked the trails, which could be better tended and marked, we were unsure if we were lost at some points. I would recommend that you bring good walking shoes for the trails as they are overgrown.

  • We just popped in to look around while we were waiting to go across to Saint John by Ferry

We decided to stay for lunch...and the service was wonderful. Ryan was our waiter and was very very pleasant; and served us a great lunch. He said he hoped we'd come back for a stay...; and we most likely will because of his friendliness

  • Mouse in the cottage

by deppy on 2018-07-10 11:53 am

We booked to spend 3 nights in a two bedroom cottage. It was a a bit dated, and in need of some updates. It had nice grounds, and a pool that we enjoyed. In the cottage, there was no kitchenette. It was my assumption that there was a kitchen, for the price we paid. I was disappointed there was not, but got over it. There was a mini fridge, fireplace in the main living room and two large bedrooms, each having their own bath. The bathroom sink drove me crazy because it sprayed me every time I turned it on and you couldn't control the pressure you wanted. The shower was a bit painful, as well. The second morning we woke up to a rustling in the main living room area. On investigation, we saw a mouse run out of my son's bedroom. It had been going through the food we had on the table, and then must have ventured off into another bedroom. Needless to say we were not happy. There were mouse droppings in 3 different places. When I went to the front staff, they said " that is country living". They gave me 15 % off or a free breakfast. I was completely turned off by this and didn't even have the energy to argue. We checked out early and went to stay somewhere else. We will not be returning.

    by Carole L on 2018-07-10 04:21 am

Located few minutes away from the ferry, we enjoyed everything about this breath taking site. The staff was welcoming, the room really comfortable. The service and the dining room buffets were so good. We would stay at Digby Pines again and we recommend to couples for a nice getaway.

  • Beautiful Digby Pines

by Rubyshelby on 2018-07-09 12:34 am

We recently stayed at Digby Pines and experienced excellent customer service, a comfortable and clean room and delicious dining. I would highly recommend staying here. The shuttle service is convenient and our driver was courteous, prompt and a great conversationalist.
