The resort’s many restaurants have been divided into three distinct categories: Near the lake, overlooking the lake, and on the lake.
Near the Lake:
Trillium bis: Contemporary cuisine at its best. Creative specialties highlight the contemporary American cuisine. A seasonal Sunday Brunch is also served.
The Sagamore Dining Room: Experience a sumptuous breakfast buffet daily in the elegant dining room and seasonal buffet dinners featuring regional American and international cuisine.
Mister Brown’s Pub: Enjoy casual dining in an Adirondack-style pub featuring live nightly entertainment.
Overlooking the Lake:
The Veranda: Overlooking the lake, enjoy afternoon tea, tapas, and sushi on a glass-enclosed porch while listening to live entertainment and enjoying your favorite beverage. Cocktails, including martinis, are prepared tableside.
The Club Grill: Dine at the Sagamore’s New York City-style steak house overlooking the Sagamore Golf Course, the Adirondack Mountains, and Lake George. Relax and enjoy a drink and an unforgettable meal after a great day of golf or sightseeing. Savor prime cuts of steak, veal, chicken and fish, all grilled and prepared to perfection. On the Lake:
The Pavilion: Dine on the lake beneath a covered pavilion. Lunch is served daily and the evening lakeside Lobsterbake is available Wednesday through Monday during July and August.
The Morgan: The Sagamore’s own luxury cruise boat takes visitors from the island for a scenic tour of majestic Lake George. Set sail on a lunch or dinner cruise or watch the fireworks from the lake.
