  • Great Spot in the Financial District

    A welcome place when you are away from home. You might not find everything you want - after business hours in a few blocks - but the Doubletree can provide you most, if not all, of what you need. I enjoyed my stay at the property and the hospitality that I was given and look forward to staying there for my next visits.

  • Horrible Experience

    Arrived at hotel to find out that we did not have a room and they were overbooked. Got moved to a different hotel but the front desk people were not able to help at all. Just gave a letter and directions and told us where to go. Upon arrival of other hotel they did not keep up their end of the deal. Currently disputing charges for the other hotel that were supposed to be covered by Hilton. Also waiting over 20 minutes for someone to even show up for valet.

  • Hilton....what has happened...standards have gone by the wayside.....

    Ok...I am upset...I am sitting in the the hotel restaurant...I can't get the attention of the server...she walks by me for fifth time....on 6th time, she gives me attention..she asks me what "I want to eat" I say a steak and I try to as for a salad, but I am ignored on that request.... I guess, that it too hard to put in the computer she is so eager to push buttons on...now a manger is in the area...totally Ignores the 15 customers who are sitting at the bar..wants to talk to them about getting more sales...ok., have them, I don't know, talk to the customers....5-7 opt waiting for drinks/food...three waitresses talk among themselves...complaining about lack of tips! Really!!!!!! I am shocked this happening in front to me at a Hilton who claims that customer service is prime concern....2 of the waitresses are now trying to work the computer....pushing buttons....turn around and say hello to the new five customers that came to the bar...they replaced the five that left...12 people are at the bar...3 have drinks....three waitresses--one on the computer, one walking around, one pouring one drink....ok...I am Hilton believer....but this is insane....

  • Not a good stay, not sure what else to say.

    Mutiple request for room safe and it was never installed. Had the kitchen mess up our lunch order TWICE, ON THE SAME VISIT! Our host at the Round Bar went out of her way to make things right, so at least we had her on our side

  • Great accomodations.

    Very professional and personable staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was warmly greeted when I entered and promptly taken care of. My requests for directions or assistance were met with a friendly smile and willingness to help. Even check-out was prompt and friendly.
