    First let me say that we were the ONLY guests in the hotel. We had no choice but to stop, before heading home during the pandemic. The clerks were very nice and the hotel pretty! We were given a room (a handicapped one? ) And proceeded to get settled in. I went to take a shower and no hot water . It was only tepid. Maintenance was called and he couldn't fix it. We packed up and moved. They moved us up to the 9th floor to a suite. After a long day a nice cup of coffee with cream and sugar would have have hit the spot. I went to put the cream in my coffee and all 4 little containers were spoiled. So much for the coffee. The room was clean and the bed comfy, but didn't appreciate the inconveniences of having to move rooms after a long day if traveling .

  • Not great

    do not choose this location if you would like a hot shower after a long day of touring New Orleans. Three out of the four nights we stayed the water was lukewarm. One of the elevators did not stop at our floor. Queries to compensate for these deficiencies have been ignored.

  • Great Location

    Easy to get to the French Quarter or the Highway. Has valet parking, pretty quick. Nice friendly staff. Walking distance to some great spots to eat at. Recommend y'all go swamp boat tour. Eat some cajun food, and grab some beignets!!!

  • Clean and nice but NOT a full service hotel

    Stayed here for a few days for a business trip. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are tiny. You get zero consideration as a gold member. I had pre-booked and reserved electronically a nice big corner room on the same floor see executive lounge, which I had paid for an executive room. When I tried to check and they said it wasn't ready yet. When I came back at 5:30, the clerk handed me keys to another room on the 18th floor and shattered my corner room wasn't ready I asked him to check but he would not.

    I told him I digitally reserved it and I was a gold member he said it didn't matter. The breakfast is pretty good, the front desk is OK, there is never a concierge. So bottom line, it's a good clean place to stay but think of it more as a courtyard, or a Hampton.

    The room incident didn't really matter but for a Hilton branded hotel I would've expected far better service and you pay for too it was not an inexpensive hotel.

    Expectations have just gotten so low I think in New Orleans to be treated like a tourist.

    Great location. Onsite restaurant has great food and service. Front desk staff helpful. Entrance may be difficult to access for valet during peak hours due to construction outside. Overall, I would recommend hotel.
