  • Epic girls trip at Le Pavilion

    We stayed here for a girlfriends birthday. To say our stay was amazing would be an understatement! Our check In was flawless. In fact, we were upgraded to a suite! Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a dining room table and a piano. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I loved the ambiance. My favorite part was the complimentary PB&J sandwiches at night. YUM! The Bartender, Sarah, made the BEST drinks. Even the bar food was incredible! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I could go on, but I was highly impressed with my stay here. I have zero complaints. I'll be back for sure.

    The people are super friendly, loved the peanut butter and jam sandwiches in the evening, free for guests! The rooms are elegant and the beds sooo comfortable!! Oh yeah, loved this place!! Close to the Bourbon Street!!

    Gregory at the front desk was great. As soon as I told him i was getting married when we checked in. He immediately upgraded us to a suite it was beautiful. He sent up champagne and chocolates. I would stay there again.

  • Terrible Experience

    I cannot express enough how awful of an experience my group of friends had at this hotel. To kick the trip off, our group was overcharged for "room incidentals" to the extent of almost $600. We were supposed to be charged $300, but between two people in our group, multiple charges were added to our accounts. The reception staff could not explain why we were overcharged, and we were told to wait it out until the charges fell off the account, which could be 5 business days. We were literally told, "I cannot explain to you in words you would understand" regarding this issue... that is condescending and not appropriate. We also had issues with staff bringing supplies to our room and fixing room issues. Our rooms were supposed to be next to each other. This seemed reasonable as we booked these rooms back in the late winter, but we were put on different floors. We had booked two double rooms, but were told we had two king rooms. The pool was disgusting. It was so dirty you could not see the bottom! When it's close to 100 degrees outside and your group is looking for somewhere cool to hang out, it really sucks to lose one of the amenities that was supposed to be provided. Our group was so looking forward to this trip, and we were let down by this hotel. It is such a shame. The hotel is so beautiful! We were expecting a 5/5 experience. It has so much potential, but unfortunately, I will never be returning.

  • Beautiful hotel

    Boy this hotel definitely let's you know you are in NOLA. Hotel is stunning and rooms are beautiful. Staff is super nice and very accommodating. The only thing it really left me wishing for was some sort of baked goods/coffee shop for muffins in the am to have for a light breakfast.

    You have to ? The peanut butter and jelly sandwich touch at 10 pm. Love the tradition and the story behind it.
