  • Perfect stop on the way to my final destination

    This hotel is gorgeous and classic. It has a beautiful view of the Downtown area. There's plenty of places to enjoy at a walking distance. Their bar does close early on weekdays but there is the cutest warm Tavern down the street about two blocks up called the Alchemy Tavern and let me tell you, I truly enjoyed it there. The amenities here are great and you do require valet parking if using their parking which is $25 per night.

  • Iâm falling out of love with the Hilton hotel brand

    I love the Hilton but on this day they were lacking. Please check your room first and make sure you check the shower! Just check your room before you go in and most likely won't have any problems because my shower leaked

  • Disappointed in entire experience

    Hilton Diamond member who travels weekly on business. This is a very tired property with stained carpets, a strange musty smell throughout the hotel and an awful mattress. The tv remote did not work and the extra towel /toiletry set that I requested, never arrived. The room windows are so dirty, one cannot see outside and the front desk customer service is sadly lacking. I will not return to this property.

  • Horrible Hotel

    We purchased the park & cruise package just to find out they planned on parking our vehicle on the road after they told us it would be in a covered parking garage. The pillows on the bed were throw pillows. The bed was hard as a rock. The room service was disgusting! We paid over $60 for a salad, sandwich & a small plate of Southwest rolls. We complained to the front desk for hours and got no where with Lynn. She was very unpleasant. The only reason I gave it 1point was breakfast. The restaurant was beautiful and Harry was a joy.

  • Has issues, but still good

    -> There is an odor in the rooms
    -> AC units are extremely loud when they start up
    -> Outside noise is very loud in the rooms. Insulation must be very bad. Maybe get a room on higher floors
    -> Pillows no good, very uncomfortable.
