  • Broadmoor Brunch

    by Janet S on 2020-01-21 04:35 am

We live in the UK, daughter lives in Denver. For the last 5 years we have celebrated joint wedding anniversaries at the Broadmoor and have always received a dessert plate wishing us a happy anniversary. Not this year so my daughter was very disappointed.

Added to this parking was always complimentary. Not this year 12 dollars. The brunch is 65 dollars person and we were sat in a room off a service corridor. Previous years we have been seated in main room. From a visitors point of view property is stunning but brunch/parking was disappointing!

  • Fancy Schmancy For Real

    by michael p on 2020-01-12 07:59 am

Jaw dropping elegance like you just stepped back in time and you're a movie star. Impeccable service and an all in one resort. Our room was gorgeous. Dinner was amazing. The gym is great, hot tub outside is beautiful. Don't miss the Golden Bee for piano bar singalong fun.

  • Didn't stay here but a walk through was amazing

    by NC-OIB on 2020-01-06 06:50 am

What a grand old place this is, like going back in time. We didn't stay here, but spent a few hours walking the property and visiting different places within the Broadmoor. Had a really nice drink at the bar, although it was a little pricey, but you kind of expect in a place like this. The bar staff was very friendly and very helpful. They told us about the Golden Bee, a piano bar that is part of the Broadmoor, but a couple of blocks from the hotel. It was great. In addition to the grandeur of the Broadmoor, the warm welcome from the staff is exceptional. Understand they also have great golf courses, but it was too cold to golf when we were there in November. I'll try to stay at the Broadmoor my next visit to Colorado Springs, but even if you don't stay, you should at least visit.

  • European and Stately hotel

by Happel on 2020-01-05 01:00 pm

This hotel recently had a renovation and it is such a cool place. You sort of feel like you are in a European village. The rooms are very nice with great amenities. The pools are great, there are so many restaurant options and we had a wonderful time.

  • Do not let valet park your car

    by donaldsW1227JK on 2020-01-05 10:04 am

I let valet park my car when I arrived. When I got my car later that night the interior door handle was broken. I reported the broken handle immediately to the manager and was told the Incident was under investigation. After their investigation they said they could not take responsibility for it because it was mechanical. In the end they did not fix my door handle.

    Owner Response
Please know that we regret your visit was overshadowed by the malfunctioning door handle. I understand that our Guest Services Director extended apologies, spoke to the Valet who had assisted with your vehicle, as well as removed all parking fees throughout your stay. With that, I am sorry that you remain disappointed. A second correspondence has been left via private message, should you wish to discuss further.
