  • Popped in for coffee

    My friend and I popped into The Savoy for a coffee.
    As expected service and staff impeccable.
    My friend never been and was nervous about going in as we were "ordinary people".
    We were received fabulously well and treated as though we were not ordinary.
    The tea, the coffee, pastries and a bacon sarnie were all wonderful.
    Would thoroughly recommend anyone ordinary or not to go there.
    The experience was great can't rate highly enough.

  • Amazing Hotel

    We had such a wonderful experience. The entire staff is always alert to your needs. The concierge group were always so helpful. We visited them frequently for everything. Freddy at breakfast made every morning a delight!! They gym and pool are superb and the location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere or used apple pay on the tube. Our room was magnificent, with separate entrances off the foyer for the bathroom and bedroom. This made the room extra quite.
    We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

  • Wedding

    My Niece got married last November and most of the family stayed overnight .
    Room was beautiful but bed far too high. Everything clean. Breakfast was average. The wedding reception first class, security was impressive

  • Blew away all expectations!

    e came for a drink on the 13th of September and was immediately blow away by the service and knowledge of your waiters. Jason shone out the most, he took time with us and provided a high quality yet casual service which made us feel comfortable. We had two cocktails from the songbook menu and then decided to try the two cocktails buried in the America Bar, a White Lady and a Norman Conquest (which Jason said was his favourite).
    The drinks were mind blowing, the amount of care and detail that goes into them is obvious.

    I was very tempted to buy the ?150 negroni as I was curious to see how the spirit, vermouth and Campari aged, I'm glad I gave in because it was incredible, I think any negroni I have from here on will be a disappointment!

    It was also a very special night as it was their pianist's 15th year at the savoy! It was amazing to be there for that!

    Thank you so much American Bar! And thank you Jason! And thank you to the amazing bartender (didn't get his name) who showed us the vintage spirits and let us watch! We will be back! More often than you'll probably like!

  • Savoy is overrated - stay other hotels instead

    Stay at Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons instead. Rusts flew in when I drew a bath. Unidentified pill case was left at room when I checked in. And no response from hotel in this regard. Do you think it worths paying that much to stay here?

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address the points you raised whilst you were still at The Savoy. I hope you will appreciate that we have taken your experience seriously. We would like to reassure you again that in the bathroom it was not rust but paint, and apologise for the distress this may have caused. Also we completely agree that it is not acceptable for a room attendant to inadvertently forget to remove the pill box which was left by a previous guest - this standard of service has been addressed.
