    We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the corner of a square middle in the center and very near the harbor. The rooms are bright, nice decorated. Half of the rooms have no view. The beds are good. Breakfast is good.
    The only recommendation we have: if your hotel is not completely occupied, why won't give an upgrade to the guests to a room with a view?

    Like others, I was reticent having read recent reviews, but I found the hotel to be an absolute gem. Greeted warmly and checked in speedily and efficiently, we were shown to our room, 304. Wonderful large bed, spotlessly clean and with wonderful views to the Cathedral. We didn't eat in the hotel but what we saw looked of the highest quality. Drinks in the bar were very reasonable and served by friendly, enthusiastic staff.
    Haven't stayed in this hotel before because we like to have a pool normally, but if you were thinking of coming to Ibiza out of season, would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Having read some of the negative reviews prior to our arrival, I was a little apprehensive. Personally I found the hotel absolutely delightful; quite modern in decor but the quality of the room was beautiful. I loved the huge bathroom and the smart design of the bedroom. The comfy chairs with a table in the room, designed so that you could very comfortably and easily enjoy room service if you wanted to, was a nice touch. I didn't watch any TV but the screen was huge. I liked the idea of offering air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan for those hot nights, not that we needed either over our New Year break. I had booked room only but did enjoy breakfast on our last morning. Very substantial, beautifully cooked and presented - it was a little pricey but not extortionate. Sometimes the service was a little slow, simply due to what appeared to be a shortage of staff. The staff we came into contact with were very pleasant. Would I return - most definitely.

    If you are old enough to remember the Fawlty Towers series on TV, this is must be the modern version of it: a hotel that is faulty in so many details: a room you leave at 9.00 am with the "clean it, please" label on and has not been cleaned when you return at 15.00; the continuous " sorry, I forgot" at breakfast or room service ( we forgot, your drinks, the bottle opener, your coffee...); and last but not least the fact of meeting a complete stranger inside your room because, I still do not understand why, another client could get into it using his own magnet key!!!!!!
    Sadly, we have not had yet a proper apology from the manager!!!!
    Actually, the most appalling service I've ever had!!

    Not a 5* and really not recommended! I am still amazed about the lack of customer service and no reaction from the staff; I would have expected that a hotel supposedly rated as 5* would be decent, clean and welcoming. The staff and management didn't seem to care we were experiencing so many inconveniences; just to name a few:
    - missing to clean a room,
    - dirtyness (a worm in the curtains!),
    - a stranger being able to enter our room while we were sleeping,
    These are all beyond unacceptable. Just to say, normally a 5* hotel would help with luggage, change toiletries and definitely apologise when an incident such as we suffered happened at the hotel. Now, 3 days later and having made a complaint at the front desk (again), the hotel management seems to busy to care or compensate for this bad experience and ruining our Christmas holidays .
