  • Great Family Stopover

    We stayed here as a precursor to celebrating our grandma's birthday in the surrounding countryside. The rooms are elegant and well-appointed, the lobby and general dining area is also nicely decorated. My only major complaint would be the noise of the square outside and the rather limited breakfast buffet selection. Otherwise a great stay!

  • Pretty good room

    We had a king bed (actually 2 twins together) and pull out sofa for 3 adults. Room was on 2nd floor facing the city square so we had a great view of the arch, but was worried about the traffic noise in the evening. Fortunately the city dies down after dark and we did not hear any car noise. We had group dining in the basement and food was pretty good.

  • Not quite perfect

    We stayed here two nights after being in France two previous weeks. While I agree with most of the positive comments made, I see room for improvement.
    Our large room was lovely but because it was between seasons there was no air conditioning or fan working in the room. At night we had to leave the window open to the noisy outside in order to cool the room. Thus the fluffy comforter on the bed was way too warm and I needed to get a top sheet in order to sleep cooler

    I appreciated that our room had a walk-in shower but there was no shelf for soap/shampoo and no grab bars for assistance in or out.

    Downstairs the ladies toilets had no paper on a Sunday afternoon.

    And there was no cloth or placemat on the restaurant tables, meaning your fork had to stay on the table top, who knows how clean it is.

    If you call yourself 5 star, these details should be taken care of.

    All our rooms have air conditioning and you can choose the temperature of your room, also to assist our guest, the reception team can managed the system from reception. We apologize if that possibility was not explain to you during your stay.

    Regarding our restaurant tables, be assured that our team well cleans the table before to set up the table before to seat ours guests.

  • Excellent hotel with great location

    The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The staff is warm and helpful. The valet was extremely alert to notice if there's any customer arrived with one's own car, when help is needed immediately. Very satisfied with this hotel so we will definitely return there again for f we visit Dijon again!
